Returns & Exchanges
In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.
Gelfand & Co. accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer free returns on all domestic orders over $50. To return an item, please contact customer support and we will create a return label for you. For international orders, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Gelfand & Co. website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.
To complete a domestic exchange, return the item you originally purchased for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like. For international exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not take responsibility for items we do not receive. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.
Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 5-7 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we will contact our shipping carrier to have the package returned back to our warehouse. Once the package has been returned to our warehouse, we will be able to process a refund, with a deduction of the cost of shipping.
